(I) Criminal Appeal No. 230/2001 is allowed. The Judgment and Order dt. 30.04.2001 passed in Special Case No. 2/1998 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ambajogai, District Beed, is hereby set aside. The appellant-accused stands acquitted of offence u/s 7, 13(1)(d) & 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
