Mr.Kale, learned counsel for the nonapplicant submits that notice sought to be stayed in the civil application has been corrected and fresh notices have been issued for the period 2015-2016 and 2018-2019 and that notices are already served upon the applicant.

In light of that relief sought in the present civil application for stay to the notice (Page No.25) would not survive. The applicant is at liberty to take steps with regard to the fresh
