Delay of 1562 days caused in filing the appeals is sought to be condoned by the State in the present appeals against the award passed in Land Acquisition Reference proceedings.

Learned A.G.P. submits that as the time was

CA-1422-2015+ taken in sending the certified copies, preparing different charts and seeking the sanction, the delay has occurred.

Sufficient cause is made out. Delay is therefore is condoned.

5.

Considering the challenge in the present appeals, stay to the execution of the impugned awards is hereby granted, upon deposit of the entire amount under the awards together with up-to-date interest in this court within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of this order.

6.

All Civil Applications accordingly stand disposed of.
