By this application, applicants seek transfer of the compensation amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court. In support of the prayer, reliance is placed on the order passed by this Court on 22/01/2025.

Learned advocate for acquiring body submits that while permitting applicants to withdraw the amount of compensation undertaking is directed to be filed before learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. If the amount is transferred then this direction wold be rendered futile.

In view of the above, we deem it appropriate to direct applicants to furnish the undertaking before learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and on applicants filing the undertaking SVH

Amalner, District Jalgaon, who shall disburse the same to all the land owners as per their entitlement and in terms of the chart provided by acquiring body, as is observed in the order dated 22/01/2025.
