This Civil Application is filed for seeking restoration of the writ petition, which was disposed off on 06.05.2022 on account of non removal of office objections. Delay of 03 days is caused in filing this application.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.

For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed and the delay is condoned with the following

(b) Subject to compliance of the above, the order disposing off the writ petition shall stand recalled and the writ petition thereafter shall stand restored at the stage at which it was disposed off.
