Learned counsel for the petitioner states that, during pendency of this petition, charge-sheet is now fled. This petition is fled for transferring the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not gone through the chargesheet papers. If after going through the charge-sheet, the petitioner still considers that investigation needs to be conducted further or it should be transferred; a fresh petition can be fled. Entire nature of the present petition will change because of the change in circumstance. In this view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to fle a fresh petition if thought necessary.
