As per contentions of the petitioner, the petitioner is residing at Aurangabad for more than 10 years. Pursuant to the directions given by this Court on 27.11.2014, no orders were passed for issuance of Domicile Certificate by the authority. Considering the case put forth by the petitioner that the petitioner has permanently shifted in the year 2005, they have also purchased their residential house at Aurangabad and the father of the petitioner is serving in the Company at Aurangabad, interim orders were passed. No Rules are pointed out on the basis of which the Domicile Certificate was not being issued to the petitioner.

Pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court on 11.6.2015, it is submitted that the Domicile Certificate has been issued to the petitioner and the provisional admission is granted to the petitioner. 3.

Considering the above, Rule is made absolute in terms of interim orders passed. The Domicile Certificate issued shall be valid for all purposes as admissible in law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
