This application is preferred for condonation of delay of 1480 days caused in filing the appeal by the claimant for enhancement of the amount of compensation under the Land Acquisition Act. It is submitted that the respondent No.2-acquiring body has already filed appeal bearing First Appeal No. 2881 of 2022 and the same is pending in this Court. 02.

The application is vehemently opposed by learned Advocate for respondent No.2.
