The present application is for grant of temporary bail by both the applicants, who are arrested in Crime No.0287 of 2024 registered with Talwada Police Station, District Beed for offences punishable under sections 103, 61(2), 189(2), 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).

Learned counsel for the applicants pointed put that, both the applicants, who are brothers, have lost their mother on 04.05.2025. The necessary post-death rituals are scheduled for 13.05.2025 and 16.05.2025, and both applicants are required to attend the same. Therefore, learned counsel seeks temporary bail.

Learned APP fairly submitted that, they should not misuse the liberty.

Photocopy of the death certificate is placed on record. The same is marked as 'X' for identification.

Considering the submissions made across the bar that applicants have lost their mother and the post death rituals would be performed on 13.05.2025 and 16.05.2025, the relief as prayed deserves to be granted. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:
ORDER
I.
Bail Application is allowed.
II.
Applicants, namely, Ananta S/o. Ashruba Bhavle and Ramesh S/o.Ashruba Bhavle be released on temporary bail from 12.05.2025 to 17.05.2025 in connection with Crime No.0287 of 2024 registered with Talwada Police Station, District Beed, on
{3} executing Personal Bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety by each in the like amount, on the following conditions: [a} Applicants shall report Talwada Police Station, District Beed every evening between 07:00 to 09:00 p.m. each day during temporary bail i.e. since their release up to 17.05.2025. [b] Applicants shall surrender themselves to the jail authorities around 12:00 noon on 18.05.2025.
[c] Applicants shall not make contact with informant or his family members and shall not misuse liberty during above period in any manner, which would be prejudicial to the interest of informant and his family.
