ORAL ORDER :

Heard learned counsel for the applicants - accused. He has filed Criminal Application No.2624/2016 to recall the bailable warrants issued. He states that, the applicants - accused are present in Court.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State. The application is

Criminal Appln.No.2624/2016 allowed as the learned counsel states that he has all the instructions from the appellants to argue the appeal on next date. The counsel states that, the bailable warrants are yet not executed, but the applicants- accused, on coming to know, having on their own come to the Court.

The bailable warrants shall stand withdrawn. The bailable warrants be returned without executing the same. The counsel for applicants be given Hamdast so that the applicants can submit the same to the concerned Court/ Police Station. 4.

The learned counsel for appellants agrees to argue the appeal finally on 13th July 2016. It is made clear to the applicants that, if on any future date the counsel does not appear or represent them with full instructions to argue the appeal, their bail bonds may have to be cancelled.
