This is a successive application for anticipatory bail. Earlier Application bearing Anticipatory Bail Application No. 55/2021 have been withdrawn on 27.01.2021 after this Court had expressed its disinclination to grant anticipatory bail on merits. 2.

Though the present request is made perhaps pursuant to the fact that subsequently a co-accused Sunanda has been granted bail by this Court.

In my considered view, particularly in the light of the observations of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Anand Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu; Crl Appeal No.84/2021 (Arising out of SLP (Cri) No.213 of 2021; (2021) dated 28.01.2021 this being a successive application for anticipatory bail without there being any material change in the circumstances, the applicant is not entitled to anticipatory bail.

One need not go into the circumstances under which co-accused Sunanda has been granted anticipatory bail. The fact remains that the 1/2
