This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation awarded on account of acquisition of the land of the applicants.

For the reasons given in the application, the applicant Nos. 2 and 3 are permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court. Hence, following order:-

O R D E R
(i) The civil application is partly allowed.
(ii) The amount be paid to applicant Nos. 2 and 3 on verification and satisfaction of relinquishment-deed dated 24.01.2020 by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
(iii) The applicant Nos. 2 and 3 are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount. Out of which, 50% amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing an undertaking and 25% amount is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent security/surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. (iv) Balance amount be kept in any nationalised bank till disposal of the first appeal.
