PER COURT :- The petitioner belongs to Tokre Koli, scheduled tribe and her proposal for issuance of validation certificate is pending with respondent No.2 scrutiny committee since more than six months. The petitioner also claims that she has passed NEET Examination and is desirous of securing admission to MBBS course. The issue raised in the instant petition is squarely covered by the Judgment delivered by this Court on 13.6.2018, in the matter of Aarti d/o Kashinath Bogulwar & others versus State of Maharashtra and others (WRIT PETITION NO. 5625 OF 2018 & OTHER COMPANION MATTERS) .
