Palodkar for the applicant states that the learned Magistrate rejected the application of the applicant for bail on the ground that procedure under Section 329 of the Criminal Procedure Code has not been followed. Learned counsel Shri. Palodkar further states that he will file application before the learned Additional Sessions Judge for following procedure under Section 329 of the Criminal Procedure Code and for bail, if liberty is granted to that effect.
