This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2 by condoning the delay of 1276 days. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that in fact the parties have compromised the matter and for the purpose of recording compromise, it is necessary that the legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2 are brought on record. Advocate Biradar suo moto appears on behalf of proposed respondent No.2A and waives service of notice.

Considering the fact that parties have in fact compromised and it is necessary to allow the name of legal representatives to be brought on record, the Civil Application is allowed.
