By the present application, applicant wants to cancel the bail granted in favour of respondent nos. 2 and 3 by the learned Sessions Judge, Udgir on 02/05/2015 on the ground that they are flouting the conditions imposed upon them by the learned Court below.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the applicant wish to withdraw the present application in order to file the application before the learned Sessions Judge for cancellation of bail, who has granted bail to respondent Nos. 2
