It is stated in the application that respondent No. 4 - Sau Sampatabai Kashinath Masalge died on 01-07-2015, however, there is delay in filing such application. 2.

Though this application is pending for one year, no reply opposing the condonation of delay is filed.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application the delay caused in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of of deceased respondent No. 4 is hereby condoned. Further, application for bringing the legal representatives of respondent No.

The office is directed to place the first appeal thereafter in admission category.
