Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP for the State.

It has been alleged in the F.I.R. that one co-accused Mahendra took the knife from the hands of the applicant Ashok and assaulted the informant Tukaram. However, it has been alleged that the applicant Shubham assaulted the victim with stone.

Learned APP has fairly conceded that the injuries suffered by the complainant were simple.

Considering the allegations levelled against the applicants, there appears no reason to deny the anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order:
O R D E R
(i) Both the applications are allowed.
(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicants, namely Ashok Prakashrao More and Shubham Mahendra More be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each with one solvent surety in the like amount in Crime No.61 of 2022, registered with Sonkhed Police Station, District Nanded for offences punishable under Sections 326, 324, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, on the condition that they shall not involve in the same nature of crime and attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice.
