Learned counsel appearing for the parties jointly submitted that the parties have settled the dispute amicably. The consent terms are settled. Learned counsel have tendered across bar the said consent terms. For identification, consent terms marked as Exhibit- 'X' 3.
The appellant as well as respondent, both are before the Court accompanied by their learned counsel. Both have verified the consent terms as well as their signatures on the consent terms. 4.
Learned counsel have prayed for disposal of the present second appeal in terms of the compromise arrived at between parties. 5.
I have perused the consent terms. The compromise arrived at between parties is within four corners of law. I, therefore, accept it. In the result, following order is passed :-
O R D E R
1.
The present second appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise arrived at between the parties.
2.
The consent terms (Exhibit-X) shall form part of the decree to be drawn in the present appeal.
3.
