The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the proposal under Right to Fair Compensation Act, 2013 has been received from the acquiring body in April 2018.

In view of that the respondent shall initiate the process of acquisition of land of the petitioner as per the proposal within a period of four months from today and shall complete within the time stipulated under the Right to Fair Compensation Act, 2013. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
