By this PIL, the petitioner has prayed that the respondents No.1 and 2 be directed to complete the work of ring-road in Ahmednagar city.

PIL is pending since 2013.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Perhaps it may be that, the construction of ring-road might have been complete. Hence, we see no reason to keep this PIL pending.

PIL is dismissed for want or prosecution.
