Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, learned A.P.P. for State and learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.3 and also perused the papers of investigation.

Upon perusal of the allegations in the First Information Report offence is disclosed, which needs investigation. Therefore, at this stage, we are not inclined to entertain the Application for quashing the FIR. The Application is rejected at this stage, with liberty to the Applicant to resort to appropriate remedies in the event of filing of charge-sheet by the Investigating Officer.
