The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, the Trial Court is not deciding the suit expeditiously. Interim order is running against the petitioners. The suit is pending since the year 2002.

There are already directions given to the Civil Courts to dispose of the old suits on priority basis. The suit appears to be of the year 2002. We hope and trust the learned Judge of the Civil Court would keep in mind the directions already issued to dispose of ten year old suits expeditiously. The petitioners may approach the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the suit.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
