The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners have filed execution petition for recovery of the enhanced compensation amount as granted by this Court in First Appeal. Though the warrant was issued and the respondents have assured to make the payment, the payment is not been made.

We have herd the learned Assistant Government Pleader also.

In the proceedings before the executing Court when the

2 wp 15043.17 warrant was issued by the executing Court, the respondents through its officer communicated that the proposal for the amount is sent and on receipt of the amount it would be deposited in the Court. The said statement was made on 18.01.2017, still the amount is not paid.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 5.

The respondents shall make payment of legitimate amount due and payable to petitioners as per the order passed in First Appeal Nos. 1006 of 2014 to 1010 of 2014 dated 02nd September, 2015 expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from today.
