The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred a representation to the Collector with regard to the seniority list on 17.08.2020 and the same is pending. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, though the petitioner is senior, his juniors are being considered for promotion and the seniority list is not properly maintained. We have also heard the learned Additional Government Pleader.

In case the representation/objection to the seniority list, fled by the petitioner (page 108 of the compilation), is

{2} wp621120.odt pending with Respondent No.3 and if the Respondent No.3 is competent to decide the same, he shall decide it on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
