Learned advocate for respondent No.1/original claimant submits that this appeal challenges interim award of 'no fault liability' amount. He further submits that claim petition is already decided in favour of respondent No.1/ original claimant, and therefore, nothing survives in the present appeal.

Learned advocate for appellant, on the other hand, submits that first appeal challenging the final award passed in the claim petition is pending before this Court and the present appeal may be tagged along with that appeal.
