DATED : 23 rd June, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] These three applications are filed by the applicants therein for regular bail, since they are arrested in connection with Crime No. 71 of 2015, registered at Cantonment police station, Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, and under Sections 4 and 25 of the Indian Arms Act.

2] At the out set, learned counsel for the applicant in all these applications Shri A.K.Bhosale and Shri S.R.Bharad submit that they wish to withdraw their respective applications. They submit that liberty be granted to the applicants to file bail applications afresh before the learned trial court after filing of the charge sheet.
