This application is moved for relaxation of condition that the applicant shall not enter Amalner taluka until conclusion of the trial except for attending the dates fixed for trial of the case. While, the similarly placed accused are granted bail in the very crime, the condition has been imposed directing them not to enter Anarali Mohalla, Garib Nawaj Chowk, Gandhipura, Amalner, till the conclusion of trial.
