PER COURT:

The learned counsel for petitioners submits that the application filed by both the petitioners dated 20-12-2013 under Section 28(A) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, is not yet decided by the respondents No. 2 and 3. In the circumstances, we direct the respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide the said applications, if not already decided on it's own merits as expeditiously as possible, however, within twelve weeks from today. It will be open for the petitioners to bring to the notice of respondents No. 2 and 3 the authoritative pronouncements of the Honourable Apex Court and High Courts, which have bearing on the issue involved in the application filed by the petitioner.

With the above observations, both the petitions stand disposed of. 3.
