Mr. P.S.Dighe, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that respondent no. 4 is transferred in the place of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the place where respondent no. 4 was originally working is vacant. 2.

The petitioner made representation on 2nd June, 2018, but the same has not yet been considered by the authorities.

The Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal would consider merits of the matter and the contentions raised by the petitioner.
