This application is filed praying for refund of the amount, which was deposited as a surety, during trial of the Applicants before the Criminal Court at Ahmednagar.

The Applicants thereafter, preferred an appeal, which is pending in this Court bearing Criminal Appeal No. 754/2019, wherein they have already furnished the bail bond as per the order passed in the appeal.

28.Cri.Appln.1829-2022.doc Thus, it is submitted that it is not required to keep the amount laying in the Court at Ahmednagar. The Applicants have produced on record the receipts at Exhibit '

A' and '

B' to this application. Since now, the amount is not required as they have furnished sufficient bail bond in this Court, it would be desirable to allow the Applicants to withdraw the amount, which is already deposited as per the receipts at Exhibit ' A' and 'B' to this application.

The Applicants to withdraw the amount of Rs.15000/-, which is deposited by them in the Criminal Court at Ahmednagar. 4.
