Mr. Chapalgaonkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is an unmarried woman and is residing with her ailing mother. Vide the order of transfer dated 29.05.2015 the petitioner is transferred from Primary Health Centre Undirgaonr to Primary Health Centre, Kohane Pathak Kothale, Tq. Akole. According to the learned counsel the Government Resolution dated 18.04.2013 is dealing with the manner of transfer and the same has not been followed. The learned counsel submits that, the petitioner has joined the transferred place and has also given representation to the authorities. However, the same is not considered.

Mr. Shelke, the learned counsel submits that, in case representation given by the petitioner is pending, the same would be decided on its own merits in accordance with law. 3.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order. 4.

The respondent authorities shall decide the representation (Exhibit - C page 26) filed by the petitioner in accordance with its policy and relevant Government Resolution expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (3) months from today.
