Learned counsel for the applicant submits that Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Beed has not considered the evidence led by applicant/appellant. The applicant/appellant has challenged the impugned order, it is necessary to stay this order.

I have heard both the learned counsel.

The applicant/appellant has impugned the Judgment of learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Beed. The applicant has raised some points regarding the legality of the order of learned Member, Motor Accident Claim Tribunal. Hence I pass the following order.

ORDER

(I) Application is allowed.

(II) The efect and operation of Judgment and award passed by learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal,Beed in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 246/2015 is stayed till fnal disposal of the appeal.

(iii) The applicant/appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount directed by learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Beed before this Court within six weeks along with interest thereon.
