Issue is as regards executing 8 revenue recovery certificates in the light of the judgment of the Labour Court under Section 33 (C) (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The learned AGP has placed on record a communication (4 pages) dated 18.09.2023 addressed to him by the District Collector, Dharashiv. The said communication is collectively marked as ' X' for identification.

The learned AGP submits that, the remainder amounts under the RRC would be recovered within six months and the RRC would be satisfied. However, with regard to an employee namely Idris Maqbul Shaikh who is said

( 2 ) 2 wp 6267.23 to be terminally ill, the learned AGP submits that the RRC would be satisfied within 60 days. The learned advocate for the Petitioners is satisfied. 3.
