I have heard learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant/appellant has impugned the Judgment of learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal Omerga. The applicant has

ORDER

(I) Application is allowed.

(II) The efect and operation of Judgment and award passed by learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Omerga in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 51/2016 is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

(iii) The applicant/appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount directed by learned Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Omerga before this Court within six weeks along with interest thereon.
