Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondent/State.

This Court has observed the facts in detail in the order dated 23.06.2022 and granted the interim protection. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the application contending that the applicant has participated in the conspiracy. The company has suffered a huge loss. Hence, the application may be rejected. To avoid the reproduction, the facts are not reproduced. However, the allegations against the applicant have been taken into consideration. The prosecution has no material against the applicant to have a custodial interrogation. Considering the facts

Hence, the following order - i) The application is allowed.

ii) The interim protection granted to the applicant by order dated 23.06.2022, is confirmed with the same terms and conditions.
