After arguing the matter for some time, when we expressed our disinclination to grant any relief, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicant to approach the trial court by preferring an application for discharge.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to prefer an application for discharge before the trial court.
