Original Application filed by the petitioner against the order of transfer is pending with the Tribunal. The petitioner approached this court against the order refusing the interim relief by the Tribunal. 2.

Mr. Salgar, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has also filed representation with the Government in view of Clause 7 of Government Resolutions, dated 29th December, 1993 and 9th April, 2018.

As the matter is pending with the Tribunal, we are not inclined to consider the petition on merits. The respondent authorities shall consider the representation filed by the petitioner with regard to his transfer, on its own merit. The decision shall be taken on the said representation within three weeks from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
