Present application has been fled for condoning the delay of 1662 days in fling Criminal Appeal. The present applicant is original accused no.1 in Sessions Case No.57 of 2011, who has been held guilty for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code on 19-09-2017 by learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Kopargaon. It appears that he is in jail since 28-08-2011. It is stated that due to economical problems, appeal could not be fled in time. Therefore, there is sufcient ground to condone the delay. Application, therefore, stands allowed and disposed of.
