Perused the record and proceeding. The present C.A. is filed by the applicant for bringing the legal heirs of deceased appellant Shivraj Shankar Parkhe inter alia contending that the original appellant Shivraj Shankar Parkhe expired on 8th May 2015. The applicants are the legal heirs of deceased appellant Shivraj Shankar Parkhe. Copy of death certificate filed on record shows that the appellant Shivraj Shankar Parkhe died on 8th May 2015. The present C.A. is filed by the appliclants on 9th June 2015. There is no contest to this application. The application is filed within time. Therefore, I find no difficulty to allow the CA by passing following order.

C.A. is hereby allowed.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant Shivraj Shankar Parkhe within the period of limitation.
