The applicant, who is the original accused, intends to challenge his conviction by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Latur in Sessions Case No.32 of 2007 dated 08.09.2020. The appellant is also seeking concession in respect of limitation due to Covid-19. The delay that has been caused is 10 days and under such circumstance, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay stands condoned. 3.
