This is an Application for condonation of 606 days' delay in preferring the First Appeal by the Acquiring Body against the Judgment and Award dated 19.04.2018 passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon in L.A.R. No. 365 of 2014. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant / Acquiring Body submits that, due to administrative reasons and time consumed to secure the funds to prefer the Appeal, the said delay has caused. He submits that the Application be allowed.

The Application is opposed by the learned Advocate for Respondent No. 1 / Claimant. She submits that no sufficient reasons are shown in the Application.

Learned AGP appearing for Respondent No. 2 submits that appropriate orders be passed.

On hearing both the sides and for the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' thereof, subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- [Rupees Five Hundred] to be paid by the Applicant to the Bar Association of the Reference Court i.e. Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon.
