Request is received for extension of time to decide proceeding bearing No. 249 of 2014 by six months. This Court by order dated 06.09.2024 had directed the learned CJSD, Beed to decide the proceeding within 18 months from the date of order of this Court. It is pointed out that 18 months period is yet to come to an end and before that request is received. It appears that while sending the request clause (i) of the order is not carefully seen by the Court and therefore request is sent to this Court.
