These three petitioners, being minors, have appeared through their biological father for claiming tribe certificates. The petitioner No. 1 has been granted the tribe certificate during the pendency of this petition.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the sole respondent to deal with the claims of petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 and if they are eligible, tribe certificates be issued as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 20.08.2022.
