Mr.Patil, learned counsel states that petitioner has given representation for transfer on the basis of principle of couple convenience, however, the same is not considered. 3.

Mr.Tambe, learned counsel for the Respondent states that the Respondent is governed by Circular dated 18.5.2015, as such could not decide the representation of the petitioner. 4.

In case the representation of the petitioner dated 22.4.2015 (Exh.D) is pending with the Respondent then the Respondent shall consider the said representation about transfer on the basis of couple convenience while considering the General Transfers in the

next academic year.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
