1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.I-116/2025, registered with Shirdi Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Section 3/25, 3/7 and 27 of the Arms Act. 3] The learned APP points out that the investigation is not complete in the matter against the present applicant and the role of the applicant is that the applicant is the supplier of weapons.

4] Earlier the applicant has filed Anticipatory Bail Application No.454/2025 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 01.04.2025. Thereafter, the

805.25ABA applicant has filed another bail application before the Sessions Court and the same was also rejected by order dated 03.05.2025. The applicant has filed the present application afresh.

5] After dismissal of the earlier Anticipatory Bail Application by this Court, the applicant has not joined investigation. The investigation is not complete qua the present applicant. Offence is very serious. Therefore, no case is made for filing second Anticipatory Bail Application. Hence, the anticipatory bail application is rejected. 6] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall not be influenced by the observations of this Court while deciding regular bail or at trial.
