Present application has been fled for condoning the delay of 40 days in fling Criminal Appeal. The present applicant is original accused in Sessions Case No.210 of 2018, who has been held guilty for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code on 10-02-2022 by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar. It appears that he is in jail since 29-06-2018. It is stated that due to poor fnancial condition, appeal could not be fled in time. Therefore, there is sufcient ground to condone the delay. Application, therefore, stands allowed and disposed of.
