This is an Application by the Original Claimants and the Respondents in the Appeal filed by the Insurance Company, which came to be disposed off in the National Lokadalat held on 12th March, 2022. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that the Lokadalat, by order dated 12th March, 2022, has permitted the Claimants, who were the husband and wife, to withdraw the amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon. He submits that Claimant No. 1 - Prakash Jadhav was hospitalized and, therefore, they could not withdraw the amount. He submits that, in the meanwhile, Claimant No. 1 - Prakash Jadhav died on 19.08.2024. He submits that a copy of Death Certificate is placed on record. He submits that, now Claimant No. 2 i.e. Widow of Prakash Jadhav, Laxmibai Jadhav is the SG Punde

2 907CA5539.2025.odt only legal representative and who was Claimant No. 2 in the Application for grant of compensation. He submits that necessary orders be passed. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Insurance Company has no objection to allow the Application.

A copy of the order passed by the Lokadalat and a copy of Death Certificate along with a copy of Adhaar Card are placed on record. The Applicant No. 2 - Laxmibai Jadhav was undisputedly Claimant No. 2 before the Tribunal, and Respondent No. 2 in the Appeal. 5.

Hence, Claimant No. 2 is the only legal heir and as Claimant No. 1 has died, the office to disburse the amount deposited by the Insurance Company to the Claimant No. 2, after due verification. 6.

Application stands disposed off accordingly.
