It appears that the Management had forwarded the proposal dated 12.7.2021 and thereafter, even a representation has been made by the petitioner on 23.8.2021 in respect of approval to the services of the petitioner on the vacant post of trained graduate teacher on unaided post.

In view of the fact that those representations and proposals are pending, the petition can be disposed off with directions to respondent no.4 to decide them on it's own merits. 4.

Respondent no.4 is directed to decide the said proposal dated 12.7.2021 and representation dated 23.8.2021 on it's own merits taking into consideration Policy of the Government, Government Resolutions, etc. within a period of Two (2) months from today.
