1] The learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner has appeared for NEET Examination and is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course. The validation proceeding is pending. The committee be directed to decide the proceeding by 31st October, 2020.

2] Considering the fact that the petitioner is exploring the possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee shall decide the validation proceeding before 31st October, 2020. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 23rd September, 2020 and shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the proceeding. 3] With above directions, Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
